He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Doris (Paulson); his wife Babe Jolliffe; his daughter Carla Lee; his daughter-in-law Lavonna Benson; his brother Jerry Benson; and his grandson Jay Essen.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick of Wolford, Randy (Kathryn) of Bisbee and Dean (Klang) of Wolford; his son-in-law Don Lee of Minot, ND; his grandchildren, Rebecca Lee (Tracy Tarr), Emily Lee of Minneapolis, MN and Jarrin Benson; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell and George of Indianapolis, IN..
