She is survived by: her son Dennis Jacobs (Phyllis); her daughter-in-law Lynn Jacobs (Tufty); her grandchildren, Jerri Blutman (Kenny), Julie Oster (Mike), Michelle Harmstead (Scott) and Alan Jacobs (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Alyssa, Jonah, Ashton, William, Katie and John. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
