He was predeceased by: his parents, LaRoy Baird, Jr. and Audrey Baird (Larson); his friend Dawn Kopp; his parents-in-law, Cathy and Denis Carlson; his cousins, Roberta Baird Senn (LaRoy), Roiann Baird and Roger Larson; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Carlson Johnson, Douglas Carlson and Deny Carlson.
He is survived by: his son Jesse David (Jodell); his wife Mary; his daughter Dina (Joe Puhalla); his grandchildren, Jordan, Bailee, Lilly, Wyatt and Emma; his siblings, John (Kim), David (Judy Deutsch) and Ellen Baird Getz (Mike); and his brother-in-law Robert Carlson (Paul Gehl). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Monetary memorials may be made to the State Bar Association of North Dakota, Guardian and Protective Services of Bismarck, or the donor's choice.
