He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Cummins and Evelyn Cummins; and his son Ted. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Keena; his child Char; his grandchildren, Shane (Catherine) of North Carolina, Ginny (Geoff) of Faulkton, SD, Allen, Derrick (Katy) of Williston, Will (Sara), Nicholas and Kelsey of Washington; and his great grandchildren, Tate, Maddix, Reagan, Addy, Nora, Emma, Lenni, Aislynn, Evan and Weston.
