He was predeceased by: his father James K. Black (JK); and his sister-in-law Deanne Black. He is survived by: his mother Frances M. Black; his wife Patricia L. Qualley of Sidney, MT.; his children, Brandy (Chris Vaughn), Steve Black (Chelsie) and Stu Black (Jennie); and his siblings, Bonnie Phipps (Bert), Ron Black (Leslie), Bob Black (Laura), Ken Black (Bonnie), Doug Black and Chuck Black (Andrea). He is also survived by six siblings.
