It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas O. Haugen of Williston, North Dakota, who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Thomas departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Thomas. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Haugen and Nora Haugen (Opsal). He is survived by: his wife Bettee Haugen; his sons, Scott Haugen (Pam) and Shane Haugen (Tracy); his stepchildren, Marci Kroshus (Darren), Shane Thompson and Misti Flory (Joe); and his brother Dennis Haugen (Peggy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren (with 3 more on the way); 6 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great-grandchild.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel (218 W Highland Dr, Williston, ND 58801).
