It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Lowers of Williston, North Dakota, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lowers and Rosalle Lowers; and his son Charles Lowers. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Jeffrey Wallace of Texas, Michael Lowers, Wendy Henson, Jodi Ash and Deborah McCarthy of Minnesota; and his sister Marlys. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
