He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominik Chewerda and Sophia Chewerda (Pipska); his sister Bernie Larson (Tom Larson); his brother-in-law James Phillips (Jim); and his brother Anthony.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Chewerda (Miky) of Olympia, WA and Emily Kleppen (Jamie) of Lakebay, WA.; his wife Priscilla (Woodhams); his sister Kathy Phillips; his son Thomas Chewerda (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Taniel Kleppen, Xandir Kleppen, Josie Nelson, Vivian Nelson, Aspen Chewerda and Elias Chewerda. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
