It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Thomas Ober (Williston, North Dakota), who passed away on February 18, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mothers, Pearl Ober (Douglas) and Elizabeth Ober; his brother Douglas; and his grandson Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Breazeale; his sons, Joseph (Heidi) and Richard William (Marlena); his siblings, James, Cathy Gadell and Penny Owens; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Joshua and Micah. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
