He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harp and Doris Harp (Wecker); his brothers, John Harp (Barbara) and William Harp; and his niece Lana Harp.
He is survived by: his sister Janet Rassier (Jerry) of Sioux Falls, SD; his sister-in-law Tana Harp; his nieces and nephews, Tina Harp (Ioana Galu), Dorinda Rogers (Darrin), Tasha Harp-Keneally (Sean), Trisha Harp-Gardner, Tamara Harp (Michael Logan), Terry Harp (Merry), Dylan Rassier (Jesse Bernstein), Damion Rassier (Jessica), Trevor Harp (Kim) and Travis Harp (Erica); his close friends, Patsy Haire, McCauley, Matt and Mike Axelson; and also, Chad Haire and Dawn Fecho.
In lieu of flowers and plants memorials are preferred to the donor's choice.
