He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Vallevik and Osmund Vallevik; his siblings, Bruce and Valorie; and his niece Kim.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kathryn of Williston, Barbara Eklund (Cliff) of Carlin, Loren (Linda) of Williston, ND and Daniel of Williston, ND; and his sister-in-law Ruth Vallevik of Billings, MT. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
