He was predeceased by: his parents, Curt Haase and Lenore Haase (Knutson); his former wife Ginger Chrisman; and his brothers, Rollin and Wayne.
He is survived by: his son Sean Curtis (Kris); his wife Valerie Haase; his children, Mike Haase (Amy), Stacie Wetzstein and Amanda Salmon (Chris); and his siblings, Dolores, Rosalyn, Donald and Kenneth. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
