He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Johnson and Mary Johnson (Busch); his daughter Kylie; his grandson Ian; his wife Denise (Holmen); his son Ian; his sister Tammy Brady (Duncan); his nephews, Chase (Ally) and Jacob; his sister Michele Moore; his nieces and nephews, Tyler (Kary), Erik, Mikole and Juliet; his parents-in-law, Mickael and Janet Holmen; his brother-in-law David Holmen (Jennifer); his nieces, Gwendolyn and Isabelle; and his great-nephews, Dontay Moore and Henry Brady. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
