He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Haugen and Martha Haugen (Hansen); his siblings, Phyllis Larson, Janet Whritenour, Lowell Haugen, Gary Haugen and Milton Haugen; his nephews, Gene Larson and Bruce Vig; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Gardner and Walter Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Gardner of Williston, Beverly Brown of Williston, Ronnie Haugen and Gregory Haugen of Williston; and his sisters-in-law, Deanna Haugen of Stanley and Loraine Haugen of Minot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Everson Coughlin Funeral Home Chapel (112 4th St E, Williston, ND 58801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (1821 9th Ave W, Williston, ND 58801).
