He is survived by: his parents, Rod Tofte and Linda Tofte (Pavlicek); his sister Teri Haskin (Kyle); his nieces, Ayana and Blithe Haskin; and his grandparents, Louie and Hattie Pavlicek. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many great friends.
