He is survived by: his wife Sue Penner; his children, Michelle Charron (Dan) of Ontario, Kevin Penner (Joanne) of North Dakota and Jeffrey Penner (Akiyo) of Missouri; his brother Melvin Penner (Anita) of British Columbia; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Samantha, Jessica, Rebecca, Miranda, Adande, Stephen, Ryker, Emily, Marisa and Daniel; and his great grandchild Ariella.
