It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Jean Vallevik of Williston, North Dakota, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Kathryn Jean departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kathryn Jean may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kathryn Jean leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Osmund Vallevik and Myrtle Vallevik; her siblings, Bruce, Oren and Valorie; and her niece Kim.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Eklund (Cliff) of Carlin, Loren (Linda) of Williston, ND and Daniel of Williston, ND; and her sister-in-law Ruth Vallevik of Billings, MT. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews and 5 great-great nieces and nephews.
