He is survived by: his parents, Kenny Garrison and Kim; his stepfather Jed Duvall; his children, Kylie Jane Garrison and Maverick Kendall Garrison; and his siblings, Kristi Jane Haven, Erica Smith, Jessica Garrison and Jeremy Horst. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Society in Josh's Memory.
