He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rudolph Herr and Esther Herr (Hart); and his brother Stephen Herr. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen, Kevin and Joanne (Jodi); his wife Roberta Herr; his children, Kathleen Molinari (Chuck), Kevin Herr, Joanne Penner (Kevin) and Jonathan Herr (Shannon); his grandchildren, Joshua, David Molinari, Logan, Katarina Herr, Miranda, Larissa Adande, Stephen, Ryker Penner, Megan Thompson (Daman) and John Herr (Breanna); and his siblings, Helen Stoner (Leonard) and David Herr (Judy). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Contribution. In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Williston Trinity Christian School or Liberty Church Missions.
