She is survived by: her parents, Scott Nelson and Marlene Nelson of Lewis, WI.; her children, Princess, Chance and Max; her husband Brian Ford; her sisters, Ann Nelson (Josh) and Nicole Richter (Sampson); her grandparents, Robert and Marie Nelson; and her nephew Michael Nelson.
