He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Lee and Violet Lee; his former wife Karen Davis; his daughter Karry Lee; his sisters, Terry Lou Slater, Carolann Lee and Barb Lee; his sister-in-law Mary Vollum; his niece Stephanie Lee; his great-niece Amaya Acheaw; and his pet Whiskey.
He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Lee; his stepson Cody Tofte; his brothers, Vernon Vollum, Kermit "Bubba" Lee (Wanda) and Joe Lee (Diana); and his brother-in-law Duke Slater. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
