She was predeceased by: her parent Wilfred Wimet; her husband Gene Monroe; her son Kevin A. Monroe; and her sister Carole Hawthorne. She is survived by: her parent Florence Wimet (Tetor); her sons, Harry C. Monroe (June) of Seattle, Darren L. Monroe (Kris) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Gene W. Monroe of Williston; her grandchildren, Nicole Owen (Matthew), Sean (Alyssa), Daniel, Nicolas and Kara Farmer (Devin); and her siblings, James Wimet (Sandra), George Wimet (Linda) and Mary Dunham Walters (Deryll).
