She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Bratlien and Marie Bratlien; her husband Luverne O. Smith; her daughter Renae; her siblings, Ann Sutton (Austin), Joe (Alma), Henry (Ilene), Carl and Kenneth Bratlien (Josephine); and her brother-in-law Arnold Lund.
She is survived by: her sister Thelma Lund; her children, Daryn Smith (Dottie) and Connie Schlenker (Royce) of Cornelius, Oregon; and her great grandchild Dawnette Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
