He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Olson and Mabel Olson (Johnson); and his siblings, Morris Olson, Jim Olson, Floyd Olson, Clarence Olson, Helene Diedrich and Marion Olson.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Handrum; his wife Pati; his sons, Brad Olson (Marilyn), Ryan Olson (Debbie) and Rick Olson (Barb); and his siblings, Ken Olson of Williston, Irene Hillstead of Williston and Maxine Nelson of Williston. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, many cousins, family, and friends.
