He is survived by: his children, Landan, Alyvia, Kolten, Kollin and Hazel; his mother Cindy Lewis; his sisters, Lacey Buck (Shane), Amanda Becker (Paul) and Shelby Lewis; his stepfathers, Paul O'Leary and Joe Lewis; and his grandparents, Alan Kindt (Trish) and Marjorie Lewis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
