He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Stuen and Lillian Stuen (VanAlst); his brothers, Jim and Paul Stuen; his brothers-in-law, Marlin Braaten and Buck Scheele; and his pet Chico.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rutter; his children, Lisa Patton (Greg) and Kelly Stuen (Kimber) of Williston; his grandchildren, Miranda Fleck (Matt), Cari Solem (Levi), Davis Patton, Shaylee Cruise (Jesse), Shelby Cook (Ian), Ejay Stuen (Samantha) and Shantel Hagan (Jake); his sisters, Jelean Braaten and Lois Scheele; and his sister-in-law Pat Stuen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants and flowers memorials are preferred to Mondak Animal Rescue, PO Box 1572 Williston ND, Faith Methodist Church 219 1st Ave W, Williston, ND or charity of your choice.
