She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Nice and Lillie Nice (Sveen); her stepfather Gilmore Bjella; her siblings, Fae Hinderer, Virginia Goeson, Perry Nice, Duane Nice, Donald Nice and Larry Nice; her stepbrother Glenn Bjella; her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Nice and Shirley Nice; her daughter Kathryn; her daughter-in-law Janet Hinderer; and her nephews, Dale Nice, Danny Nice, Scott Nice, Edward Gratto and Jonathan Nice.
She is survived by: her former husband Louis Hinderer (Curly); her niece Rhonda Larson; her brothers, Eugene and Sidney Nice (Donna); her stepsisters, Gayle Arnson (Arlan) and Gloria Melcher; her sons, Robert Hollis (Teri), Bennett Hollis (Mary) and Brian Hollis; and her stepchildren, Corinne Coughlin (Timothy), Dennis Hinderer and Daryl Hinderer (Georgianna). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Darlene Mae (Nice) Hinderer died at the Tioga Long Term Care on October 24, 2020 after a battle with Covid 19.
