He is survived by: his wife Sherry Neff; his children, Kristine Neff of Tulsa, OK, Matthew Neff (Sarah) of Jenks, OK, Miranda Neff of Sand Springs, OK and Tara Erickstad (Samuel) of Williston, ND.; his grandchildren, Kaia, Margaret Haigh of Bonner Springs, KS, Lucas, Jordan Sewell of Tulsa, OK, Penelope, Vance Neff of Jenks, OK, Lillie, Luca and Brixley Erickstad of Williston, ND; and his sisters, Donna Neff (Walt Jesteadt) of Omaha, NE and Barbara Nash (David) of Bismarck, ND..
He served on several community boards, including being legal counsel for the Alva J. Field Foundation for a number of years.
