She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Sam Gulka and Lena Gulka; her siblings, Betty Ficek, John, James and Nick Gulka; and her children, Marvin Basaraba, Dorothy Clark and Doraleen MacKenzie.
She is survived by: her brother Steven Gulka (Edie); and her sons, John Basaraba (Elaine) of DeBary, FL and Jim Basaraba (Jackie) of New Town, ND. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
