He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph White Bear, Jr. and Pauline White Bear (Bear); his pets, Winnie, Jasmine and Max; his siblings, Wayne White Bear, Richard White Bear, Madonna Azure (Roy) of White Shield and Joy Bezpaletz (Cary) of White Shield; his aunts, Yvonne Chase, Roberta Bear, Diana Poitra, Clarice Howling Wolf, Judy Fredericks, Rhoda Starr, Janice Starr Kerzman and Vina McDonald (Tony); his uncle Paul White Bear (Johanna); his grandparents, Joseph White Bear, Sr., Frank, Eleanor Chase (Red Bear), Robert Bear, Sr. and Dora Bear (Hopkins); and his siblings, Sam Starr, Delmar White Bear, Gary White Bear, Elaine White Bear and Loie White Bear. He was also cherished by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren and God Children.
The Parshall Resource Center and "Healthy Skins" Foundation were instrumental in his attaining this.
