He is survived by: his parents, Jessie Andrade and Juliette Everett (Rolly); his wife Francine; his children, Chantel, Marisa Andrade and Chad Jr.; his siblings, Shirley, Roseanne, Jessica and Jesse Jr. (Punky); and his daughter Neysa Andrade.
