He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Schatzke and Billie Schatzke (Miller); his wife Joan Schatzke; his son Jason Schatzke (Tanya) of Wheatland; his grandchildren, Leah Schatzke, Grant Schatzke and Jace Schatzke; his daughter Shelly Sinner (Brad) of Casselton; his grandchildren, Brady Sinner, Carly Sinner and Catie Sinner; his sister Carol Schatzke; and his foster siblings, David Fiedler, Kathie Reese (Dale), David Fornes and Eddie Fornes.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (4713 150th Ave SE, Leonard, ND 58052). A prayer was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
