She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Martin and Gertrude Martin (Sciford); her son Darel Hornback; her siblings, Florence Miller, Harvey Martin, Darlene LeBeau and Kenneth Martin; and her pet Andy.
She is survived by: her former spouse Dee Hornback; her spouse Gaylan Sivertson; her children, David Hornback (Susan) of Moses Lake, WA, Debra Poarch, Duane Hornback of Fort Collins, CO, Shelly Swearson (Randy) of Minot and Scott Sivertson (Karla) of Minot; her siblings, Wayne Martin (Gertrude) of Custer, SD, Avin Martin (Joann) of Piedmont, SD and Lynn Miles (Larry) of Albuquerque, NM; and her sisters-in-law, Delia Martin of Albuquerque and Irene Sivertson of Arizona. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
