He is survived by: his wife Patricia Chaput (Tongen); his children, Jeffrey Chaput (Marne) of Edina, MN and Kimberly Chaput of West Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Hannah and Luke Chaput; and his siblings, Rick Chaput of Fountain Valley, CA, Larry Chaput (Brad) of Mesa, AZ, Pauline Benson (Brad) of Aberdeen, SD, Paul Chaput of Orange, CA and Pat Chaput (Joan) of Walhalla, ND. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
