He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Vining (O'Bleness) and Earl A. Vining; his brother Lorry; and his nieces, Jane Vining Fitzpatrick and Sherrie Holt Lien (Larry).
He is survived by: his wife Bea; his sisters-in-law, Norma Holte and Harriet Vining; his nieces and nephews, Renee Fowler (Dennis), Deb Vining, Craig Nelson (Anita), Scott Nelson, Mark Nelson, Pam Nelson (Gary Johnson) and David Hoffman (Wayne Sander); his great-nephew Mike Ulmer (Amy); his children, Kenley, Gracyn, Chris Nelson and Nick Nelson; his great-niece Shelley Parkhouse (David); and his children, Abbie and Hunter.
