He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Walter and Flossie Mae Trapp (Smelts); his former wife Anita Sonja Domisch; his siblings, Dick Trapp and Ila Raymond; and his granddaughter Tiffanie Schroeder.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Trapp; his sister Amy Derr (Jim) of Orlando, FL; his sister-in-law Mary Trapp of Donna, TX; and his stepchildren, Stephen Pfahl (Sharon Walz), Valerie Schroeder (Curtis Gregor) and Crystal Reber (Todd). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
