He was predeceased by: his parents, Belgian and Albert; and his sister Marion. He is survived by: his spouse Bernadine Stilwell; his children, Amy Jacobson (Russell), Richard Jr. (Julie), Gary (Linda) and Wayne (Alice); and his stepchildren, David Stilwell (Jackie), Tommy Stilwell (Teri), Gladys Pollert (Mike), Danny Stilwell (Angie) and Bernice Lamb (Ken). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and his devoted nieces and nephews.
