He was predeceased by: his brother Matthew; and his parent Jerry Lehman. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Jerri (Dale), Matt (Sonya) and Christa (Scott); his grandchildren, Brandon (Ally), Austin, Brode, Jasper and Toby; his great grandchild Nora; and his sisters, Marge Schumacher (Lee) and Martha Obrigawitch (Toby). He is also survived by nieces, nephew and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ethos Hospice.
