She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul, Sr. Lentz and Donna Lentz (Barnhouse); her mother-in-law JoAnne; and her siblings, Paul, Jr., Robert, Terry and Dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Armon Myrick; her sons, Patrick (Laura) and Matthew (Josie); and her siblings, Barbara Armor, Delores Smith (Jason) and William Lentz (Angel). She is also survived by many siblings-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
