She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Gustafson (EJ) and Laura Gustafson (Fuchs); and her sisters, Ginger, Bonnie and Patty.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy; her husband David Dvorak; her daughter Stacy Dvorak; her grandchildren, Zach, Morgan Nerpel, Terry Spear, Holly Schock (Ryan), Amanda, Logan and Lucas Belinskey; her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Bella; and her siblings, Judy Handegard, Candy Olson (Stuart), Sharon Anner, Jacky Walker and Roger Gustafson. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
