He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Osatiuk and Mary Osatiuk (Aline Osatiuk); his daughter Darlene Osatiuk; his son-in-law Jim Morgenroth; his siblings, Nettie Ratushniak, Lilly Parsons and John Osatiuk; and his brother-in-law Mike Ratushniak.
He is survived by: his wife Aline Jeanotte; his children, Wayne Osatiuk (Angie) of Hackensack, MN, John Osatiuk (Rhonda) of Maple Grove, MN and Michelle Morgenroth of Harwood, ND; his grandson Bradlee Osatiuk of Winona, MN; his brother Jerry Osatiuk (Terry) of Thunder Bay, ON; and his brother-in-law Keith Parsons of Parksville, BC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
