He is survived by: his wife Janice Kauth; his children, Marty Leidal (Gloria) of Gothenburg, NE, Michelle Leidal (Bonna) of Blaine, WA and Mona Heggedal (Martin) of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Melissa Vanyo (Travis), Matthew Busch (Emily), LeeAna Wendtfeldt (Dan), Megan Rude (David), Kristina Heggedal and Laurie Heggedal; his great grandchildren, Jordan and Gracie; his sister Renee Bierbach of Fargo, ND; and his sister-in-law Sharon Haugen of Plano, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
