She was predeceased by: her parents, Lars Karlstad and Clara Karlstad (Johnson); her husband Arthur Ostenson; and her siblings, Palmer Karlstad, Adeline Erickson (Neyssen) and Carsten Karlstad.
She is survived by: her children, Dwight (Lois) of Yankton, SD, Marsha Klabo (Bradley), Jacalyn Halvorson (Tom) and Dean (Julie) of Aneta, ND.; her sister Delores Hanson of Hatton, ND; and her sister-in-law Gladys Ostenson. She is also survived by her 4 children, 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
