She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Kragnes and Jenness Kragnes; her daughter LyNette; and her siblings, Gordon Kragnes, Bertha Hamilton (Wayne) and Janet Sjothun.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Nelson; her children, Lori Marvel (Bart), Lonnie Nelson (Cher) and Lance Nelson (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Lexi King (Noah), Cole Marvel (Destiny), Hannah Nelson (Landon Mund), Logan Nelson, Nick Nelson, Bailey Nelson and Morgan Nelson; her great grandchildren, LyNette and Loy King; and her sister Joan Chose (Myrvin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to First Lutheran Church in Hunter and Hospice of the Red River Valley.
