She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bruse and Lucy Bruse (Cornelius); her son Richard; and her siblings, Clarence, Rueben, Helen Hauer (Milton) and Mable Verlinden (Jerome).
She is survived by: her former husband Walter Zierke; her spouse Gene Pearson; her children, Cynthia Jorgenson, Jeff Zierke of Fargo, David Zierke of Fargo and Robert Zierke (Janet) of Fargo; her brothers, Harvey Bruse (Kathy) of Fargo and Terry Bruse of Fargo; and her sister-in-law Donna Bruse of Horace. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
Memorials preferred to the Herby Cemetery and or St. John Cemetery in Embden, ND.
