He is survived by: his mother Sally Rutten (Schar); his stepfather Bob Rutten of Riverdale, ND; his sister Amanda Schar of Fargo, ND; his daughter Mara Rhea Schar of Langdon, ND; and his grandmother Kate Schar of Bemidji, MN. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
