He is survived by: his wife Nancy Renee Bailly of Horace, ND; his son Eric Fowler (Reed); his siblings, Lea Cockayne (Tim) and Troy Halvorson (Shelly); his stepmother Bonnie Swanson; his parents-in-law, Vivian Bailly and Robert Bailly; his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Johnson (John), Judy Ceciliani (Paul), John Bailly (Paula), Merle Bailly (Lou) and Kenn Bailly; his uncles, Byron Troite (Carolyn), LeRoy Pederson and Ardell Hildebrand; his aunt Bea Alderman (Ralph); and his goddaughters, Danielle Lahn (Andrew) and Megan Bailly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
