He is survived by: his mother Leona Holtgard (Marine); his former spouse Camille Campbell; his daughter Danielle Kutzer (Corey) of Wahpeton, ND; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Luke and Keaton; his son Trevor Holtgard of West Fargo, ND; his stepdaughters, Destinee Ensrude (Dylan), Savannah Spreeman and Desiree Short; his brother Dave Holtgard (Barb) of Fargo, ND; and his niece Kristina.
