With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Helten (West Fargo, North Dakota), born in Devils Lake, North Dakota, who passed away on October 14, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Helten and Agatha Helten (Tholkes); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Helten, Tom Keogh (Nancy), Dan Keogh and Frank Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his siblings, Bob Helten, Mary Sue Griggs (Allen), Judy Niebauer (Dick), Patty Frison (Dan) and Karen Gebhard (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Ray Keogh (Kumsun), Mark Keogh (Cheryl), Bobby Keogh (Dianna), Ron Keogh, Donna Hansen (David), Patty Hughes and Joni Kurtz (Delano). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to HERO of Fargo which redistributes medical supplies and equipment nationally and internationally.
