He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harland and Clair Harland (Altringer); his son Brandon Harland; his brother Scott Harland; and his nephews, Justin Olson and Matthew Walker.
He is survived by: his spouse Lorie Reeves; his children, JC Harland (Chris), Mary Gwin (Bryan) of Perley, MN, Kristy Harland (Dustin) and Kendra Dickerson (Jason) of Lisbon, ND; his grandchildren, Austin, Halie, Lanie, Preston, Brody, Summer, Gage, Jewel, Jax and Weston; his great grandchildren, Carter and Ryker; and his sisters, Cindy Odegaard (Kevin) of Fargo, ND, Dawn Gustman (Kevin) of Fargo, ND and Cherie Harland (Bill Bartholomaus) of Wheatland, ND.
